Credit Card Number (Last 4 Digits): 4909
Description: My CIBIL report dated [Date] indicates a derogatory amount for my Axis Bank credit card account ending in 4909. I have contacted Axis Bank multiple times for clarification and resolution, but there has been no effective response or resolution.
