[Resolved] Axis Bank — closer account without my permission or without any reason | |||
On dated 19th july, 2019 i have opened an axis asap bank account through online form filling and providing my adhaar and pan details. I have also deposited rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. Today dated 20 july, 2019 i suddenly received a sms from the bank as "your a/c xxxxxx is debited by rs.1000 on 20 july19. Avbl bal :rs.0. Info : account closure proceeds to dd acct." Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.
As i've spoke with Customer Care Team, they said within 10 Working Days u will receive the DD to ur Communication Address, were as i asked with the customer care exective that can u tell me the communication address so that i can confim ... but suddendly the call got disconnected ...
