[Resolved]  Axis Bank — collection agent harassment

Dear sir/madam,

I, rahul das s/o, arun das resident of 10 rammay road kolkata 700025 do hereby states as follows:
I am owner of commercial vehicle model tata zest being registration number, wb19 j0718. The said vehicle purchased by bank loan from axis bank. Shakespeare sarani branch kolkata being loan account no. Aur[protected], as condition to repay the same asper emi settled by bank.
That the said vehicle had been using as commercial purpose under ola and uber.
Since 2017 of aug the emi of as settled by bank was been paid on 10th of every month till april 2019 but currently since past 2 months i am facing some financial issues due to i have lost my job along with ongoing bad health condition unable to repay the amount timely.
I have spoken on this regard verbally that due to some severe ongoing issues i need certain time to clear my emi, i have mailed this regarding and also discussed this with the executive of local branch shakespeare sarani, and request you to consider some time to repay my emi.

That despite of knowledge of said fact and request bank loan recovery representative namely jayanta das along with another representative name not disclosed visited my house repeatedly and also in the absence of myself put pressure upon my family members including me. And threatening to pay emi they were simply tampering the protocols set by rbi, despite of my verbal communication on phone.

After knowledge of said fact i have discussion with local axis bank office branch of kolkata and requested them that i shall pay the emi but currently i am not in a position to clear the dues.

But continually i am getting a call from axis bank stating you have to pay the emi or else will be recover your car from your house which is bank asset i have requested them to have some time as this has not been happened since last 2 years need ample of time to clear my dues but axis bank executives field and office both are yelling and harassing me and my family.

I am still wants to negotiate so i therefore request you to consider my above statement and permit me to pay the emi till my health condition are good and will be active to get a new job as soon as possible.
