[Resolved] Axis Bank — collection department torture | |||
Hello, I have done a preclosure of my loan on saturday (26.03.2019) and your systems take 7 working days to resolve. I informed the same to your collection department on friday saturday. When it takes 7 working days why do they call every day in the morning at 8am or 9am and torture the customer. Especially the lady named tanusree. This is the worst service i have experienced from any bank. I would definitely go ahead and close all my accounts from axis bank as they have given me a very very bad experience. When there is a lag of 7 days in your systems why does the customer has to be penalized. I wanted to apply other loans in your bank but now i am not even interested in looking at it and i would definitely not recommend people to this bank due to such poor treatment to customers.
