[Resolved]  Axis Bank — collection department using abusive language and mental torcher

Dear sir,

This is to notify u that i have my credit card of axis since 2017 and i have made regular payments against it initially but still the collection department team use to call and harass me and abuse me so badly.. Since 2 years and forcing me to do the payment when i have already given them date specially person name as shailesh number [protected]. This guy talks so rudely and has harassed me and mentally torchured me last year and now again since few months these people have started calling me and troubling me and abusing and forcing to do payments but not listening when i have already said i ll be doing payment in given date.. Sending people to my old house and troubling them there.. Calling my relatives this is really troublinh.
I request you to take some action against him. Please its a request.
