Axis Bank — my housing loan - installment disbursement

My installment disbursement is pending from july 17 & the answer which i get is it is in process, how long will this process take? Further, they are not correcting my a/c no.in ecs sent to my bank despite my best efforts. Someday if ecs bounces then they will held me responsible., which will not be fair. Kindly help me.
