[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Complain about credit card transaction

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700007

My father has made a transaction of rs1900 on 3/10/16.but the transaction failed and he got a slip from merchant that transaction has declined.but the amount already charged from bank and 3 working days also passed but my father did not get refund yet.the customer executives are also misguiding me . So resolve the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.
