Respected sir, I am a resident of bhopal. I am writing this letter about my complain on deduction of consolidated charges from your side. I am highly disappointed and upset since i saw a message from your side which included a deduction of 483 rs from my account which unfortunately only had a total of 1000rs. Now u may imagine how i would have felt. This deduction had been a frequent sight to be seen since last many months. Rest i would just like to say please return my money as soon as possible and stop this deduction Waiting for your quick action and response.
