[Resolved] Axis Bank — complaint about saving account. | |||||
Respected sir/madam I have taken a home loan from axis bank, alwar, rajasthan in nov. 2016. At that time they have opened an account for deposite loan amount, bank executives has not told me that which type of account they have opend. After many months later some charges has been deducted from my account. I have done enquiry about deductions then i came to know that they have charged for non maintenance of monthly average balance i. E 10000. The bank has charged 3-4 to times and 500 rs each time. After that many times i have requests for changing my account from basic saving account to loan account but they have not solved my problem. Many times i went to beach and meet to manager and bank executives but they are not even ready to listen my problem. They said that "we cannot do anything it i'll be like that only. There is no option to change ur account to loan account" Sir, i have taken a home loan so i should be a zero balance loan account but the bank executive has open basic saving bank account to complete his target. So please sir try to resolve my problem. I don't have that much of money so that i am unable to maintain 10000 as average monthly balance. Please sir it's my humble request to resolve my problem.
