[Resolved] Axis Bank — complaint against axis bank staff | |||
Respected sir, I am a credit card holder in past few years. Last month one staff contact through phone in chennai axis bank (Sudha [protected].) she said to me i[censored] paid full outstanding amount i will activate your card and i will extend the limit exactly 85000. So many calls and finally convinced me i paid full amount then contact her. She replied me i cant do that and disconnect my call. She ignore me and arrogant voice and vulger words she used. Please kindly request to take an action to her and avoid these kind of staffs to the customers by misselling and wrong commitment. I have all call recordings while she contact me till the end.
