I am fed up with the poor services from bank.
The bank executives are not at all responding for queries, after getting the customer for loan,
I have purchased a car (Tata tiago, xz) from m/s concorde motors, chandanagar branch.
There the sales executive sent the executive from axis bank for the car loan, in spite of having the pre-approved loan from my hdfc bank, i have opted for loan from axis bank, which was my biggest mistake of my life.
The first two emi’s have deducted on time and third emi has not deducted.
I have informed to bank executive mr. Prabhakar (Mob.[protected]) no response from executive, then i contacted the area manager mr. Raju, no response from his as well.
Every day i am getting calls from bank stating the emi is not paid.
What customer has to do if the emi is not deducted even after submitting all the documents for loan.
The services from bank are poor.
Now i am getting the message from the bank that i have to pay late fee charges & cheque bouncing charges.
This is must be act of the bank to delay the some process in bank and ask customer to pay additional money for delay.
Axis bank is not smart enough to provide good service.
All the executives of the bank are bothered till loan is sanctioned, once the loan is disbursed then are least bothered.
