[Resolved]  Axis Bank — complaint for credit application fraud

Dear sir/madam,

My mother has saving bank number no. [protected] with axis bank, nehru nagar, ghaziabad branch. On 18th july, 2019 my mother got a call from bank asking for documents to update the kyc and they applied for credit card without my mother knowledge with application no. 14926904. She came to know about this credit application when she got a message from bank.

Credit card team is doing fraud with customers by asking document for kyc update and applying for credit card with customer information.

I request you to kindly take strict action against the team involved in this fraud and cancel the credit request immediately.
