[Resolved] Axis Bank — Complaint of telemarketer | |||
I am not a customer of Axis Bank. However, I got a call from one of their Telemarketers today i.e 1st May 2017 at 1:06 pm which I did not pick as was busy, again got that call at 1:09pm, the lady introduced herself from Axis Bank and was offering Loan to which I said I am not interested and kept the phone down. At 1:29 pm again the same lady called and I told her irritatedly that have already indicated my dis-interest so why is she calling again . On this that lady had the guts to say ' AUR CHILLA LE' . I just could not believe my ears. I think the bank can least do is to provide courtesy training to their elemarketers. The number from which this lady called was [protected]. I hope to see some action being taken against that lady telemarketer. Was this information helpful? | |||
