Sir/Madam
Myself Suchitra Dutta having savings a/c no [protected] with Axis Bank Rishra Branch from year 2008.

I am a post graduate single Lady, living with unemployed, aged parents & trying to make a handsome living by working 18 hrs a day daily. I am self employed in Boutique Saree business for last two years struggling to stand on my feet.

In this context & for the business, I opted for a low category Current account to be opened with you as the net banking & cash deposit machine is very useful to me. Despite a bad behavior I faced regarding my credit card with your bank, I wished to open the said current a/c with You.

When I expressed my intention to open a CA, Bank send Mr. Navid to initiate the formalities.

Due to Demonitisation the account opened a long time after my application.

But the incident of debiting charges for not maintaining AMB without my notice shocked me & I am very much depressed seeing my hard earned money vanished like anything.

I am a tiny entrepreneur, having no capital, a small amount to You is very valuable for me.

When I repeatedly contacting the branch they only saying it is the category account where You have to maintain balance.

Confirming that I have opted for Zero balance account with yearly one time charges, whereas executive Mr. Navid deliberately open this a/ c which has balance maintain feature for his own benefit. But the onus is on myself to rectify his mistake.

My question is only the bank asking me to close the account not having to my voice & forcing me to compromise for the sake of own benefit.

As a Lady & single not worthy everywhere I am feeling second class behavior also in credit card.

Please see to my matter. I am waiting for your reply.
