[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Complaint regarding Release of Shares

Dear Sir/Madam, I have one cash credit account bearing no. [protected] with your bank : Axis Bank Ltd., Sevoke Road Branch, Siliguri, against shares pledged. I had applied for the release of all my shares on dated 14/05/2014 to the Branch Manager, Axis Bank Ltd., Sevoke Road, Siliguri. I would like to bring to your notice that the shares are not released till date. Kindly note that I have already sold all my shares on 16/05/2014, i.e. 2 days after the supposed release date. If these shares are not released by the bank on time, the shares will be auctioned. The liability then, will have to be borne by the bank. Please note that a written complaint was also lodged to the Axis Bank, Sevoke Road Branch, Siliguri on 17.05.2014; still the shares are not released as of now. If immediate steps are not taken, i shall be forced to file a complaint with the Ombudsman Department to Dr. (Smt) S. Chattopadhyay C/o Reserve Bank of India, 15, Nethaji Subhas Road, Kolkata-700 001 I kindly request you again to release all my shares immediately or else the liability will be all yours.
