Axis Bank — Complaints regarding fake seller but not helping

My family member ordered boat products from of Rs. 749.50. I checked and found it is not reliable or may be fake seller. We contacted to seller on [protected] and also contact number. No response. We know that they are fraud. We contacted to Paytm and Axis Bank. My money deducted from Axis bank using Paytm and also gone to fraud seller account having axis bank and using Paytm.

But Axis and Paytm both are not helping us. Instead they are helping fake seller. Is there are not responsibility of Axis and Paytm. It means all fraud and fake seller are using different account because they know that they will favors us not customer to whom they stolen the money.

I complaints using Service Request no. SAK[protected] to Axis Bank. But I know Axis Bank and Paytm will help only fraud seller not to me and all persons who are victims of that kind of fraud.

I am sharing the details of their account and my transaction. Do perform your duty.
