[Resolved] Axis Bank — consolidate charges in the name of bounce the cheque | |||
Dear sir, I am the customer of your axis asap zero balance account but in the name of consolidated charges approx 2500/-have been deducted i don't no why. When i visit to the branch they said its an amount of cheque bounce but it was not informed before. Now they have responded me that your signature kyc not done and in this month 1282/- also deducted including that. Since i am a retired person so i could not availed your charges burden so you are requested please refund my all amount deducted since two month. I have done my kyc procedure though the amount deducted. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

Hii i hve my saving acount in axis bank . But now i check my balnc the bank had deducted 1240rs from my account without my permission or i dnt know for wat purpose they had deducted . So plss help me out

Today in my salary account they debited 699 for consolidated fee..how can they do like this ..so this is called safe & secure savings account??pls refund my money back as soon
