[Resolved] Axis Bank — Consolidated charges debited from account without any intimation. | |||
Respected Authority, I have Axis Bank account which was inactive after I left the job in 2019. In the last month I checked account balance which was approx -800.00. I accepted that charge instead of opening new account for using banking services. In this month I can see on 12th June bank has debited 4800.00 as consolidated charge and 875.00 GST. I didn't received any prior communication, any intimation, SMS or email even after deduction. It was like done intentionally for hiding from customer. My only question to Bank is why do they show nominal charge until account doesn't have balance. & suddenly debit the account once money deposited. In this situation we are trying to save something for medical emergencies & Bank want to earn easy money. I am a housewife not earning anything. How will I recover this loss?
