Axis Bank — Consolidated charges deducted

Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & 2 times of last 1 year consolidated charges deducted. First transaction 13 july 2019 465 rs and gst of rs 83.70 rs and second transaction of 215 rs as on 11 july 2020. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.
