[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Consolidated charges made by bank in salary a/c

Dear Sir,
I am a axis bank customer and my a/c no [protected] which is register with name of kamal kumar moonat and many times axis bank made charges rs 350 and services tax the name of consolidated charges in my salary a/c .and i want my charges back from bank .
i have visit many times in bank, bank manager says that please complain in writing and then i have submit my complain on[protected] in writing which is also attached in photo.
