[Resolved] Axis Bank — 'consolidated dp charges'... | |||||
I have salary account with axis bank. Account has been debited with rs 885 on 12th may 2018. Demat services were not opted/availed at any point of time. Yet charges were debited. I have written e-mails on customer. [protected]@axisbank.com and dp. [protected]@axis bank.com as directed by the bank's phone banking executive. Have not got any reply, nor have the charges been reversed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My transaction has taken place on Wednesday 2 may 2018, the transaction has been failed. They said the amount will b reversed back within 48 hours but it's been more than 48 hours now and it's not been transferred to my account. Kindly let me know what is the solution to rectify this.
