Axis Bank — consolidated dp charges in axis bank

I have salary account in axis bank from last 2 years. I observed that some of the amount is getting deducted from my account frequently without my knowledge giving description as consolidated dp chanrges. Yesterday, also amount of rs. 59 deducted. I received a call saying that she will assist in banking .only calling on this number I will get assistance. But finally by end of call I told her I do not want any assistance. She abruptly cut the call.
Pls log this as complaint. And take action for cutting call with out proper reply.

The order was placed by mistakely. I need my money back which has been debited till now. The money has been debited by paypal. I need my money back. There was a language problem .

I have a SB Axis Bank Account [protected]. I made a payment of Rs. 192/- at POS on 07.8.17. The Transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my account. I have still not got the refund of Rs. 192/- credited in my account.
