[Resolved] Axis Bank — Consolidated Dp Charges in Axis | |||||
I have salary account in axis bank from last four years. i have been observing that amount is getting towards consolidated dp charges every month. Today i got message that 287.5 rs got deducted . I really surprised that why there will be charges of different amount every month i know that this amount is not for demat account because for demat account there will be charges annually not monthly. Please give explanation by email that why the charges are levied on customers . If charges are as per norms please mentioned that in sms or mail, if you send the msg like consolidated dp charges, how can the customer get understand the charges structure. Please try to give the importance to customers time that they have many tasks or issues to face daily. Was this information helpful? | |||||
