Axis Bank — Consumer loan status not closed after completion of EMI

Hi Team,

I have been taking follow-up with Axis bank team since more than one month - but no is taking the required action. They are just guiding visit here and there only.

Even they are not ready to register the service request as well but after lots of request - I logged service request with them but without any proper rustication or reason they directly declined the request and closed it.

I have provided all the required details / documents but still they are not taking any action.

Below are the two service request which i have raised:
