[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Continuously calls from on behalf and axis bank from Hyderabad

I missed on my payment and very well educated why i missed on first call on 20th may, 2017 and i did inform will make an payment on 31st may 2017 and was told its fine number got call from [protected].

Again i get a call on sunday on non working day of financial organisations and first getting lie call saying from axis bank then when asked is it from axis... The executive says on behalf of axis bank from hyderabad... When i asked domt u have notes that i did speak earlier and informed when i can make payment executive says yes i can see that due to medical reasons couldnt make emi but will make bt 31st may 2017 but again threatens saying u wil get calls everyday that too on sunday. Then that executive says ok fine still within minutes i get 3 calls for harresment from numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected].

If this the way axis bank wants to haress cosumers the its legally not right.

am suresh kumar thakur and I want to inform you that I have not made any transition from my credit card but a transaction of rupees 6994 is held with my credit card on 4th may 2017. I request you to please look into my matter personally and please deactivate my credit card and also refund the detected amount
