This is to inform you that still i am waiting for your reply, can you help me out for this fraud transaction from axis bank credit card.

As per the verbal statement of your so called employee of axis bank - branch virmarg road jammu. That you send a merchant letterhead copy of not claimed with bank statement of merchant. I attached a copy for both.

And still wait for call, no body bothered to call me for resolve my issue.

Kindly analysis and solve this issue as prior.
