Axis Bank — credit card account marked as write-off

Hi,
I used axis bank credit card ending 8157 in 2015 and stopped using after that. There was pending due of rs.2000 but i could not pay that amount due to family situation. Later i got a call from axis to pay/settle the amount. They have offered 7000 to settle the amount but i requested them to provide for 4000. But they sent settlement letter for 7000 and that also after 6 pm (After bank closed time). Due to that i could not make the payment. Can you please have axis settlement department to contact me for settlement again?
