[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card account not closed despite of full payment and noc did not received

In refernce to my closed credit card bearing number[protected]This is closed credit card and not functioning for more than a year.

Since february 16 axis bank was following up with to close the credit card under one time payment of inr 13812/- which was duly paid on 10th march 2016 vide receipt number 1047406 to the collection executive at my door step.. But i never asked for the settlement or write off or signed any such agreement with axis bank i just wanted to close the credit card and according paid the same and since then i have not got any call from credit card team of axis bank for any further support and till date i have not received noc and also on cbil report the status of my credit card is appearing as write off instead of closed due to whichits impacting on my cbil and creating lot of issues on credit history.

I also raised the concern via email from all my email id but strange part is this the email is not registered at thier end hence, they are unable to help me the catch is this that this credit card was issue to me while opting a card loan and in my car loan my email id is registered then why its not registered with credit card team.

The process of axis bank is really pathetic and customer service is good for nothing.

I seek a fair closure of my credit card status to be changed immideiately as closed and a noc to be issue at the earliest.

hi, i have raised two differnt complaints against Axis Bank but seems only one is appearing against subject
Axis Bank — Credit card account not closed despite of full payment and noc did not received, and the post shared by you is a different complainst against Axis bank Car Loan. please check and update.

My Name is Vincent Matthew Raj, in refernce to subject cited above it is to bring to your benigh notice that Since March 2016 till date none of my ECS have been bounced against my car loan EMI, prior to that till January 16 i had some ECS bounced due to financial issue but all payment were cleared on 10 March 16. and no suddenly the bank have imposed late payment charges of 2200 Approximately and claiming these charges and not able to justify for which month charges have been imposed.

the catch in this case is does have have authorities to impose late payment penalty post 08 Months and can bank prove this that have been sending reminders till January to clear the dues in this no becauce post clearing of all penalty chanrges in the month of March 16 bank had follwed up with me in the month of June or july to clear the outstanding balance of INR 32 only which was also cleared in the month of July 16 itself, hence this clearly indicates that till July there were no late payment charges and bank have imposed an illegal charges lateron considering my previous history or there is some fault in thier system which could not calculate the exacte late payment charges till March 16 and thier customer care team have confirmed in the month of March 16 itself that threre is no more penalty charges you can check thier call recording for evedence.

I seek a justice here since being a lay man the conditions of the bank are not worth and bank should immedieatly clear all the pending from my account immidetealy.
i am ready to take this matter with EPIC court if required becer how many other consumers were also suffering because of this issue.
Banks are already charging high penlaty cost under different break ups i.e. ECS Bounce Late Payment Charges etc. and i have duly paid all those payment if my ECS have ever bounced from my end so i can't be consdered as fraud or defualter everybody in our life goes from some financial crisis bank can check my intiall histroy and post March 16 history of payment that i have been continioulsy paying my loan amount on time. i am also having a credit card issue with axis bank for which i shall be raising a seperate complaint.
Trust me Axis Bank internal process is pathetic

I have not got any confirmation from axis bank and there team is continiously calling for the overdue amount when ask the details the say we'll get back to you but thereafter nobody contacts me this is the number from which i have just got a call +91-[protected]

Hi I have again got a call from the aforesaid number and the lady said the due charges are for the month of December 2015 and January 2016, i replied her that on March 16 i have paid the same and on July the remaining amount i.e. INR 32 was also cleared then how come suddenly the penalty charges are imposed she checked the system and changed the statement and said the bounce charges imposed post months after July 16 but could not prove it i said i have a bank statement which can prove no ecs was bounced post March 2016 from my end she could not justify the same and said will check and come back with the details. over all the system is pathetic and Axis bank itself is not aware why they are charging a penalty cost and continiously harrassing. can something be done on this.

i am getting no solution and collection team is harrassing a lot can someone help me out in resolving the car loand matter at the earliest and also let me know how to file a case on court this is really urgent.
