Axis Bank — Credit card and customer care services

I have made the payment as requested by the bank for Cibil Masking. The Card was written off, I had reached out to them and made the payment as requested on 28th April 2021. I was told they would update the Cibil in 15 business days. The cibil is not updated yet. I have called them more than 20 times asking for an update and I get only one response stating it would be done in 4/5/14 etc(each agent comes up with a diff date) business days. Its been two months and I still get the same response and the call is disconnected on purpose every single time. Today alone i called 7 times only to get disconnected every time the call was supposed to get transferred to some manager! The banks customer care is always busy, im sure lots of complaints pouring in ! the worst service ever!!!

Even today I called your contact center. Wrost service . The staff is rude and says it would take time and that I need to wait.

The customer care executive's name is Ashish, he was very rude and had no clue of the issue. he disconnected the call after i was not appreciative of his attitude. I called again and the next executive could not see any update on the previous call at all, This is clearly the issue here! When the agents do not know the solution or when they know the issue is something they do not want to entertain they simply disconnect and avoid any updates on the call record. I have at least 20 call recorded so far, i do not see an option to post them here! I will definitely post all the call details in other forums and ensure people know what kind off pathetic service AXIS Bank provides!!!

I called again today!!! they still want 10 working days to solve and again the executive called vikas had no clue about the issue. He has the atrocity to yell and explain the TAT for the issue without knowing how long i have been following up. I still have not got a single call back from any official... a bunch o[censored]nprofessional people who have no idea what customer service is...
