[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card and salary account is not closed || Complaint

Hello Axis Bank Team,
Two years back around 2015, I was using following services of Axis Bank provided by the organization in which I was working during that tenure.
1.) Salary Account
2.) Credit Card.

And as of now both services are in severe condition with no issue from my side.
As I left that job then I contacted customer care via phone in month of October 2015 to suspend my all services at their earliest. She said we can proceed only for credit card and for salary account I need to visit MG Road Branch. Then she proceed my request to suspend my credit card.

To my utter surprise I received a text message after a couple of days that you have received a credit card bill. I found that they sent me annual charges (Rs. 572/-) for the credit card despite the fact I have already submitted the request for cancellation of credit card then I doubt whether they blocked my credit card or not. Then I visited MG Road Branch. They assisted me for closing of salary account only but for credit card they advised me to call customer care. As in case of credit card, customer care is only the way.
On the same day, I contacted the customer care again then the guy assured me this time you don't need to worry, this amount will be waived off and he will arrange a call from backend team in next 48 hours to assure me that this amount will be waived off. But even after a week there is no call. i have call recordings as well give me mail id if you need )
On 4th April, I called again to Shruti (customer service of Credit Card), she assured me again that you don't need to worry, this amount will be waived off. Please listen to the call recording and pay attention to the way she spoke with such confidence. ( i have call recordings as well give me mail id if you need )
I asked number of time from her if is it really required to pay 500/- but she strongly advised me to not to pay this amount, this will be waived off and it is supposed to be as well.
From that time I contacted customer care number of times and asked to escalate this issue but each time they made false promises and keep increasing my amount now they made that 572/- annual charges to 4500/-.
After that I was out of town for a year without having access to my previous mobile number.
Now I am receiving regular calls from your side.

So my main concern is to know why I shall pay this hefty amount despite of the following facts:-
• I haven’t purchased a single thing that cost even a single buck. Then why I shall pay this amount?
• I have already submitted the request to suspend my credit card one month before the incurring of annual charges. Then Why?
• Earlier it was 572/- only then your team has advised me not to pay this amount. Why I will suffer for that miscommunication gap from your team? ( All call recordings are attached)
Request you to intervene this matter and to investigate this thoroughly.
To be very honest, I found services of Axis Bank very cumbersome, no transparency, no escalation matrix defined anywhere in spite of being a Private Bank.
This is same scenario I am facing with salary account. I went twice to axis bank branch to close my saving account below are the proofs.
1.) First time on 23rd March 2016, after paying a small amount that was in negative. Below is the proof.

Then after a period of time, I received a call from Axis Bank, if am looking forward to transfer my bank account to my nearest locality then I strongly denied.
But after some time I received message stating that your account has been transferred to Vasant Vihar Branch.
2.) Then I visited Vasant Vihar Branch in the month of October 2016 and then again completed the formalities to suspend my salary account at their earliest. Below is the proof.

Still I am not sure about the salary account is that close or not?
Please forward this matter to someone who is really authorized to take some action at earliest.
