Axis Bank — credit card application complaint | |||
Hi I have applied for Axis bank credit card and completed the kyc on 17th dec. 2019. I have not received the application number. The lady who communicated with me for kyc is not responding and when i tried to contact her she was not giving any details about application number and provided me my old application number which i have applied in 2017. She was not ready to provide the branch name as well. I contacted KYC agent and he told me this they are from AXIS bank chamrajpet branch, 560018. I tried to contact the lady again and she keep telling that she will call me and laughing on the background which i can hear on call.
