[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card - axis bank

I have used a credit card from acis bank with a limit of 105, 000. After sometym, i was not able to pay the credit card bill. So the card got closed automatically. Later, an executive called me and offered a waiver. I didnt accept it and paid the full amount taking a confirmation thst my cibil will be updated as the card is closed. I paid the total due and it has been an year n till now the card is not closed but they have updsted my cibil as written-off, despite paying the total due. When i spoke with a cust rep, dey asked me to pay 1, 20, 000 rupees as cibil masking amount to update my cibil. Meanwhile i emails as if my card was active with a bill of 500 rupees twice. So i paid 1000 rupees extra for which i requested a refund. But nobody responded till date. Please close my card, refund my 1000 rupees and update my cibil as card is closed n removing the written-off.
