Axis Bank — credit card bill and noc letter

I ashish singh from new delhi. I have issued an credit card. The bank had made an settlement for my outstanding amount of rs 1, 95, 927 and after the settlement it made up to rs 65000 which should be paid by 25th june. As per the agreement by the bank i have paid the amount by 25th june. But the bank didn't send me the noc letter and they have freezed my saving account.
I kindly request you to please send me the noc letter and release my account.
