Axis Bank — Credit card bills without proper reason and proper response customer care. | |||
I tried to purchase a laptop in online using EMI. Unfortunately the purchase was failed and amount was deducted from my credit card. I requested for the money reversal from merchant. money credited back to my amount after a month. In this mean time EMI was activated and I requested for EMI cancellation. AXIS bank people promised me that EMI will be cancelled and no need to pay any amount if the money reversal happens from merchant side. But AXIS bank did not cancelled my EMI and that time. I called them for second time and asked regarding my EMI cancellation. They have cancelled the EMI and already 3 month EMI was there on statement and EMI was cancelled also excluding 3 months EMI they are asking me to pay remaining months amount . They have deducted the same amount from my account . This is a worst bank and worst costumer service . They are telling multiple answers and one guy promised me that they will refund the money.
