I was using Axis account and Credit Card since 2011. I have changed my job in 2014, then shifted to other location, but due to some reasons I didn't receive the new credit card and I've requested customer care to cancel the card via mail and got confirmation mail from that the card has been canceled, but after email confirmation also that card was active and there was .14 Paisa due in that card. I was not aware of .14 paisa due till last year, when I've checked my SIBIL score, it was very low. I've checked the details and found that there was a pending credit card due and that was the same AXIS Bankcard. I've tried to pay the same amount but I was not able to make it because of the new card number which I don't have. Make several calls to customer care but they were not helpful, they were saying like without card number they can't do anything. After several tries, I got help from one of the support person 5 months back, and he said, will raise a request to revert this due amount. But still I'm getting credit card bill and my score also getting affected due to this. Attaching the screenshot of latest card bill. It's more than 4 years now, and yet I didn’t receive any solution from your customer care. reached many branched but nobody was helping me on this.
Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am ready to pay the .14 paisa, it would be really helpful if you can solve my SIBIL score issue with this payment.
