Axis Bank — credit card cash back issue | |||
I received my axis bank credit card and i was promised to receive 25% cashback on movie tickets through my credit card and the same was mentioned in the welcome kit also and no other steps were mentioned to be followed while booking the tickets. So, now i have been booking my tickets from past 2-3 times i have not received any cashback and when i called customer care i was told that i have to book from different merchants etc etc and i was told things which no normal person with basic computer knowledge would understand and when i asked them that these things were never told before the booking then they bluntly say that we cannot help you. Very good scheme of fooling people and then they also fool you by saying that we have taken your complain which will be resolved in 48 hours and then do nothing about it and dont even bother to send a message informing that the complain cannot be resolved. It is us who have to run after them and keep calling them again and again which is also chargeable for us. Do not apply for axis bank credit cards because they charge yearly fees and give no benifits Was this information helpful? | |||
