[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit card - conversion into emi

I am using Axis Bank credit card.

On 16/5/2019 I purchased an item on 12 month EMI scheme.

In the card card statement received, the EMI conversion has not taken place. I called up the credit card customer cell and I was told that the purchase will be converted to EMI with 24 working hours.

But till date Axis Bank has not honoured the commitment made.
