Do you think CUSTOMER is ### who stay at home by cancelling all his work and wait for bank executive for docs submission when he apply for credit Card?
CUSTOMER spent money to take print out the kyc/salary/bank statement and give it to bank executive. Who is responsible for this wastage of CUSTOMER' money?
During submitted application, we provide all the details like aadhar/PAN so why not bank decide that time only if CUSTOMER is eligible for the card or not?
You guys simply reject the application without giving any proper reason. This is not fare and you dont have right to hurt any one like this.
I am eligible for axis bank card as i am working in top MNC and having good salary package, cibil score is more than 750, good ITR, have other bank card as well and never missed a single payment for any card/LOAN and the same you can verify in cibil report.
I really need axis bank card as it is having good benefits . I also received a axis credit card against fd in past and you can see i have paid all its dues on times without late.
If you guys can't provide axis card then simply mention here that "don't apply for credit card, we will not give it you" . Trust me i will never apply for card and will close my all relationships with axis bank.
I know axis bank is great bank but because of some unprofessional credit managers, my card is keep getting rejected. Please transfer my case to different credit manager or tell me the reason so that i can improve that particular parameter and then apply for card
I realy dont what is parameter restricting me to take axis card from last 2-3 year. Simply discusting.
I have applied mANY TIMEs for axis bank credit card like 5-6 application in last 2-3 year and waisted my money for taking docs print out etc and also waisted my time as well because of bank executive visit.. who is responsible for these wastage?
It is torturing mentally the customer.
