I have raised for credit card my calling to [protected] for buzz card and provided all details to srinivas on 20/01/2019 who contacted me with number [protected].

I have contacted mobile number [protected], [protected],[protected] and [protected] to get the details of my applications. They always says it is in progress and nobody is taking complaint very seriously.

I am customer to this bank for more than seven years.

Please let me know if you are going to provide credit card immediately or you want me to close all my accounts with the bank effective from 01/03/2019.

I can't waste hours to know the status of the credit card every alternate day.
