Axis Bank Credit Card — Harassment by the team for payment collection | |||
I hold two credit cards of Axis bank, i was travelling for a while, and was to delay the payment this month. I have informed the call centre accordingly. Subsequently, they have been making more than 8 calls per day on my mobile number and the office board number, on completing the payments, i have given them the transaction ID, i have a message from Axis bank saying they received the payments, but the calls continue. This is absolute harassment, i have informed the call centre that they are harassing me with these calls but strangely they don't seem to understand. It is frustrating, my work suffers due to this and height of torture. I intend to cancel both the cancel both the cards, but i am told that my credit rating will suffer though i have never left any payments unpaid. Called to customer care, They are telling account is in freeze status.
I have submitted all the required documents.Please look into the issue.
