[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card harassment

Hi,

1. I have an outstanding balance which i tried to pay from canada. But you guys do not have option to pay coz my phone number has changed while in canada and the you cant sent otp to my em, ail coz of your glitch.
2. Now that you want your payments you are contacting my old parents and harassing them which i why i want to lodge a complaint.
You have never sent me any emails or anything and this is card against fd which you guys can recovery your bucks form the fd.

Please ask someone to get back to me on my email or else i will put it on twitter.

Btw all your numbers on card statement are outdated.
