Axis Bank — Credit card huge penalty & interest | |
I'm using axis bank cc since 8 plus year's & never default on any bill. My current bill is around 321000 out of which 121000 is penalty during lock down & moratorium period. But due to covid lock down situation & then father got brain stroke, I'm financially broke, i lost my business & rest of the money on my father treatment, he's still in coma & the financial burden just crushing me. I talked with axis customer care & also wrote to the nodal officer that I'm not a defaulter & will pay a lumsum to settle the cc, i can pay the money in one go if axis remove all the charges. Its hard time for everyone & not a purposely default. I don't wanna stress myself in legal matter but if that what the bank want i can fairly present my case there too.
