Dear team,

My card no. Is [protected].
In june i have paid inr 60k before due date which was 8th june 2016. System has charged me bonus charges for auto debit, late payment fees and interest +st.

I want to know why i have been charged with interest and other charges whereas i have settled my due well in advance.

I called at customer service 2 times ans waited for 20-30 min each time to resolve this thing but i never experienced such a pathetic service being privileged customer of your bank.

If the charges was due to system error then why should i call you 2 times to waive it off. This is really a harassment to me. I have paid in r10, 000 for interest and other charges which i am not supposed to pay. I have auto debit facility so it is debiting my account automatically.

It is highly unprofessional approach axis bank is having with their privileged customer.In case i am not calling and doing follow up for these it means that i am not going to get refund of mistake done at your end.

I am going to raise this matter to rbi to harassing customer.
