Dear Sir/madam,
I am Ramesh Kumar sharma from Bikaner, I was using Axis bank with my neo credit card. Due to my personal problem I blocked and closed my credit card service in 2020. but still I Am not getting my NOC. This is my credit card number - [protected]My mobile number is -[protected]. and it was showing in cibil score as a negative account. Please, clear my cibil report. I kindly request you to help in this matter.

Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we wish to inform you that as per our records you need to pay the CIBIL masking amount if Rs.3543.07/- before[protected] for updating of CIBIL status as Norm.
