Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi Ajay, we wish to inform you that card ending with xxxxx6341 has an outstanding of Rs. 895.00/- due to non-payment of over dues collection calls were triggered as per standard banking process for recovery of dues. As per complaint narration we understand that you are requesting NOC. Further, we see that you have paid cibil masking amount and cibil is showing written off. Please note that we have forwarded to concerned team which would take 7-15 working days TAT for rectification and updation of cibil to NORM. Request you to please update us regarding the CIBIL updation post which NOC shall be issued to you. Regards, Team Axis Bank
