Dear team I have surrendered my credit card since 6-8 months But i am receiving some msgs from axis bank for my outstandings I have confirmed from muzaffarnagar branch but they said there is no outstanding against u but i got a msg on tuesday (Your credit card xxxxxx0315 statement of rs. 5486.09 with due date 09-jul-18 is generated and will reach you shortly. My SB A/c No.with Axis Bank, Periyar Nagar Branch is [protected].Axis Bank didn, t include my mobile number [protected] under edge rewards menu despite requests and complaints since January 2018.This prevents me from availing rewards points at my credit.I usually recharge my mobile number with rewards points.The bank may be advised to help me .
