Axis Bank — Credit card not received it is returned else were ,customer care number not able to connect

Address:SUBBANNA GARDEN ,3RD MAIN,3RD CROSS,VIJAYNAGAR

I have blocked my old credit card and requested for a new one but the new card till not received yet and am not able to track were i need to go or call . And also i went to my home branch and they said like need to talk with customer care we are not authority for that . Hence i called customer care as well but that is also connecting then whoom do i contact for this

Again iam receiving this type of msg...But no update from the side of axis bank.
