My name is vishnu. I have an account in axis bank. Last february i applied for an axis bank credit card. After 2 months i received a pin number. But so far i haven't received the credit card. The worst part is i could see the card in my account with last 4 digits. I called the customer care a lot of times, they were telling un satisfactory replies through out and told me atlast to send a mail to [protected]@axis bank.com. Whenever i send a mail am getting a reply like your email id is not regitered with us eventhough same email id is registered with the bank. Then i contactedbank in my area. The situation remains the same. What shall i do. Please do something.

I wanted to have fixed deposit of Rs. 100000/=
I wanted to contact Mr. Rohit at Solan branch, his number is temperaraly suspended. Land line number is always busy. wrote a mail on the address given, it is not delivered.
Why do I not shift the account.
