[Resolved] Axis Bank — Credit card over charges | |||||
Axis Bank has forced me to take credit card saying there will be no charges on the card. But now they are putting so many charges against it. I feel I have paid more than what I have taken from it. If I call customer people they don't respond properly. I asked them to send statements for the whole period but no one have replied or sent anything. Today 3rd September'16 I called to customer saying my problem and the lady cut the call. If this is the way how axis Bank treats customer how will customer return the amount. They jus irritate everyday calling 2, 3 times asking for credit card. When they are so interested to give card why can't they give proper information when we ask them. One more thing if the offers are just to fool people to take cards why can't expect the same back from customers. Why it's illegal if we don't pay.
