Axis Bank — Credit Card Payment not reflecting. | |||
I made a payment of Rs.10, 000 on 5th April 2017 using the online payment option for my credit card. I did not receive any SMS or any type of confirmation so I called the customer care to which they replied that the payment will reflect in 2 working days. The payment is still not reflecting neither on the app nor online. Yesterday was the 3rd working day and I am still not able to see the payment reflecting. I had taken a snap of my payment confirmation which I am ready to provide. additionally, I checked with the bank from where I made the online transfer and I see that the amount has been debited from my account. Tomorrow (10th April) is the due date for my Credit card payment and I do not wish to fall into defaulter list or hamper my credit rating because of some faulty system. I tried sending an email to [protected]@axisbank.com but I received an email stating that my email address is not registered. hence I am complaining on this portal. MY self Rrajesh manjhi i booked waiting tatkal but not confirmed waiting so irctc refund amount . but i not get in my axis a/c i already submit complene in axis bank complan n. 29923369. but not any responce me.what i do.
